You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the website. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in British Pounds.

You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the website.

14. Membership Subscriptions

Billing and Renewal

Your membership subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel your membership.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. membership subscriptions are non refundable.

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the prices of subscriptions/membership and/or products and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

15. Business Directory Subscriptions

In order for your application to be listed on the Business Directory, you must be a member of the We Are Autistic community.

Your business must also comply will all applicable laws and you must agree to comply with our terms and conditions.

On application, should we discover that your business is not compliant with the aforementioned conditions, we reserve the right to not proceed. Your business will not be listed and you will not receive a refund.

Billing and Renewal

Your business directory subscription will continue and automatically renew unless cancelled. You consent to our charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge, until such time as you cancel your membership.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term. Please note that a payment term is 6 months for a business directory listing subscription. Subscriptions to the business directory are non refundable.

Prior to cancellation, you can ask for your business to be removed at any time from our directory by sending an email to hello@we-are-autistic.com or by completing the form on our contact page.

Fee Changes

We may, from time to time, make changes to the prices of subscriptions/membership and/or products and will communicate any price changes to you in accordance with applicable law.

16. Return Policy

All membership sales are final and no refund will be issued. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time.

If you are dissatisfied with any product sold on this website (with the exception of membership subscriptions), a refund will be given at the discretion of We Are Autistic However, if we can see clearly, via photographic evidence, that the products supplied are damaged, broken or the incorrect item has been sent, we will happily provide a refund to you as soon as possible.

Any refund requests due to:
a) Lost packages
b) Damaged products
c) The incorrect items being shipped
d) Any other reason
should be submitted within 3 months of the date of your order being made. Should the 3 months have passed, we reserve the right to call your order 'closed'.
